Living Dream, a young social startup, has been established in Vietnam since 2016 with the aim of creating a community that values listening, sharing, and sympathizing with beautiful dreams of people with the help and support of online platform and open education.

Despite its beauty and high potential for growth, our world still faces serious challenges, especially in education. In our schools, students are not taught to understand themselves, to find their passions and follow their dreams. In society, people are generally still not encouraged to share their dreams. This is even harder for disadvantaged children or young people.

The core mission of Living Dream, therefore, is to give encouragement and facilitate youths, children to share and take actions for their dreams, to change their lives and live with passions.

In order to meet the development strategy in the future, we are looking for:

Volunteering Dream Ambassador:

• Representing Living Dream brand in Dream campaigns. Spread the spirit of “dare to dream, dare to take action” to your community
• Introduce livingdream.me to young people to follow their dreams
• Contribute to and introduce educational materials for dreams to teachers, parents, recruiters to help them right skills, mindset. Educational materials can be articles, stories, course materials, translation into the language of the community.
• Organize meet up, fun games or classes on nurturing dreams for people in your community (companies, family or schools) if you can. You can host a small meeting or party with amazing stories and dreams being spoken up and shared.
• Become a mentor to support a dream of a mentee with the skills you have experienced
• Contribute ideas to the development of Living Dream

Requirement:

• Have a strong passion for social contribution.
• Can join online or offline Dream Ambassador group to equip skills, mindset, and spirit in nurturing dreams
• Positive thinking and can-do attitude

Volunteering dream teacher

• Contribute your free time to listen & nurture dreams in your community, esp your children, students or friends
• Organize classes and games about nurturing dreams for children, students, any people in need in the community if you can
• Join network volunteering teachers for dreams and spread educational materials about the dream for teachers, parents, recruiters...
• Connect with local educational organizations to encourage them to bring Living Dream classes to students at schools
• Introduce livingdream.me to pupils, friends, ... Encourage them to share their dreams and find partners for their dream journeys.
• Join the mentor network and mentor one dreamer every 3 months
• Contribute to educational materials for dreams: games, lectures, videos, posts, etc
• Translation support: Translation of educational materials, or dream stories into English or the language of your community
• Contribute ideas to the development of Living Dream

Requirement:

• Have a strong passion for social contribution.
• Love communicating with children, students and disadvantage in offline classes, events or meet up or online
• Ability to work independently
• Positive thinking and can-do attitude

Head of Dream Representative

• Build and develop volunteering network in Vietnam and other countries in each country and geographic areas.
• Build and execute marketing/ PR strategy
• Work with educational partners, NGOs, businesses, scholarship programs, influencers, etc. to support their learning or career dreams.
• Developing new, creative, effective ideas to spread the dream of Living Dream
• Interaction with users to receive feedback and make plans to improve Living Dream platform,
• Support fundraising activities
• Bring up creative ideas to develop the community and execute feasible ideas

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and a strong passion for social contribution, community development
• Strong mindset in marketing, be creative in marketing, PR, development
• Ability to work with various partners
• Willing to work with all of your heart

Chief Technical Officer

• In charge of product strategy and execution. Develop Mobile App and Web App for Living Dream.
• Manage the software development team
• Work with other departments and communicate with users to improve the product periodically

Requirement

• Experience in App project development, leadership and engineering management
• Strong leadership, strong mindset in building product that people love
• Ability to work with various people: freelancers, interns, designers, partners
• Willing to work with all of your heart
